Shipping Policy
Meridian
uses UPS and FedEx for shipping and all rates are based on charges for your
location.
We offer Next Day Air, Two Day Air
and Ground Shipping options.
Most orders received by 3pm PST will
ship same day, all others will ship next business
day.
Orders in some areas can often be couriered same
day. Call for this service.

All Meridian products ship in high
quality boxes and everything you need for returning the core is included
in the package. You can see the paperwork is already on the box for
returning the core.
Each part is wrapped and packaged
carefully in bubble paper which is easily reusable for the core

Payment Policy
Meridian
proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover over the
phone. Dealers and Automotive Professionals can also get monthly
billing. Please call for COD.

Pricing Policy
Meridian
actively works to be aggressive in pricing. You might find it for a
few bucks cheaper, but its really not cheaper if you have to reinstall the
part because it is defective. Defective rates in the remanufactured
industry often run at 60% or higher for some companies.
Meridian is a leader in quality control to
ensure one of the lowest defect rates in the industry. We guarantee
our products and offer a limited lifetime warranty. You will not
find a better quality part anywhere.
Used parts
are stripped from junk yards and often have internal damage. The car
is in the junk yard because it was in a serious accident or is very
old. Either from the accident or from age, the interior parts could
be severely damaged. They may offer a warranty, but that does not
cover the cost and time of installation.
We know the most important thing is to have
your car working and back on the road. If a part is defective it can
cost you dramatically in car rental fees, lost time and shipping
costs. Meridian guarantees our parts and will pay shipping on
defective parts in the US. If purchased and installed through a
dealer or mechanic, we can even reimburse labor charges for installing
replacement parts through our optional labor guard warranty. Ask for
Meridian by name, always the best value in the long run.
Warranty Policy
Meridian
offers a full warranty on all parts, usually a lifetime warranty.

Return Information
All unused, uninstalled
parts purchased through
Meridian are returnable!
Within 30 days of purchase
of your order, you may
return any unused and non
special order parts.

International Policy
Meridian does
not currently support products shipped outside the US. We will ship
products but do not cover return shipping on product defects.
Shipping charges are significantly higher. There is an international
fee. Please note that customer service is only in
English.

Tax Policy
All orders
shipped or billed to California addresses are taxes at 7.75%. All
other orders are tax exempt. Core charges in CA are charged
tax. Tax is refunded when the core is returned.

Privacy Policy
Meridian
follows a strict privacy policy and all information will remain
confidential. We do collect consumer data and use cookies, strictly
to increase our level of service to the customer. We do not sell
customer data.
