Meridian parts are returnable provided they have
not been installed, opened or damaged. Any
signs of use or installation will result in no
refund. You will lose shipping
(actual shipping charges) and there will be
a Restocking fee of 20% for retail. Wholesale
and Jobber rates depend on your account.
If you purchased from a retailer
of ours, you must go to their site. You are
responsible for paying for the return shipment and
insuring the package.
If this is a defective
replacement, please see warranty info. It is our
policy to replace defective parts. If you return a
wrong or mis-shipped item, it will not be refunded.

Installed parts are never
refundable. Regardless of fault or reason, no
refund will be issued. Your only option is to check
and see if it is under warranty.
Please do not call to check the
status of your return as we are handling hundreds of
inquires a day. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to
be processed. This is from the date we receive the
part. Please keep your tracking information, this
is your proof of return.
Returns must be received by us
within 30 days of purchase date. Returns after this
date will not be accepted. |
